Intent Gateway
Intent Gateway is a platform that takes AI agents from first run to production standing and verifies what each one actually did. It finds the failures that look like success. It has run in daily operation since early 2026, and the failures it caught became the Identification Key below.
It is built and run by Jessica Kosturko, founder of Intent Gateway LLC. After 15 years on large-scale systems, she now works full time pushing the bounds of what AI agents can do in production, specifically to learn how they fail.
